Scope of Work

What gets drawn

Send sketches, photos, field notes, or a decades-old DWG. It comes back as a drawing set you can hand to a client, a crew, or an inspector.

Construction documents

Full sheet sets, coordinated, numbered, and plotted to your title block.

2D drafting & detailing

Plans, sections, elevations, and details drawn to scale in AutoCAD.

3D modeling

Working models built from sketches, field measurements, or existing drawings.

As-builts & field-to-CAD

Site measurements and marked-up prints turned into clean, dimensioned drawings.

Renderings & views

Presentation views for a client meeting, a permit packet, or a proposal.

Revisions & redlines

Markups turned around fast, with a revision history you can follow.

What you receive

Every job ships the same way: organized, labeled, and yours to keep.

  • DWG + PDF

Sheet sets plotted to your title block, numbered in issue order.

  • LAYERS

Files that follow your CAD standards — layers, blocks, and text styles where you expect them.

  • MODELS

3D models in native and exchange formats, so they open in your software.

  • VIEWS

Rendered views sized for presentation or submittal.

  • REV LOG

A revision record, so any change can be traced back to the markup that caused it.

  • SOURCE

Source files with the delivery. You own what you paid for.

Process
Issue Sequence

How a set comes together

Four steps, in order, every time.

1

Send what you have

Sketches, photos, field notes, a PDF, or an old drawing file. Rough is fine.

2

First set

A drafted set comes back for you to mark up — no charge for being picky.

3

Redline

You mark it, it gets revised, and the revision log records what changed.

4

Issue

Final DWG, PDF, and models delivered organized and ready to hand off.

The living library

There's a tapestry on the office walls: a library grown through with trees, lanterns hung in the branches, shelves curving up into the leaves. The living library.

It's a fair description of drawing work. A set isn't finished when it's issued — it gets revised, referenced, and pulled back off the shelf years later by somebody who wasn't there. It has to still make sense when that happens.

So the drawings leave here organized and legible, with the revisions recorded and the files named like someone will need them again. Because they will.

Start a drawing

Send what you've got — a sketch, a photo of a marked-up print, or an existing file — and you'll get a scope and a price back.
